This doesn't make sense. The presentation proposal is on its own and the other may make sense but not as a bundle.

Sorry for the confusion.
Right now we have three proposals up for voting that have to do with judging. This is confusing. Theoretically, the presentation proposal and Thomas' proposal could both pass and that doesn't work. Many people have posted saying that the presentation proposal is ready for voting and that they think it is better than the current rules. Thomas's proposal, although it has good ideas, is not polished or ready to be put into a rulebook. It needs to be polished and tested. John said this as well.
The idea is that we will approve the presentation proposal and approve an IUF committee to continue to work on things after this Rulebook Committee has ended. Gossi's technical proposal and all of the other proposals can still be voted on separately.

I'm all for it. Better to get something passed after all this work! And a separate committee to focus on Freestyle could be the place where we gather a collection of example videos (that need not all be from IUF competitions), even if we can't finalize the training materials until much later. Subsequent versions of Freestyle judging rules will have to have updates to the video-training text anyway.
