I cannot create the proposal in the other discussion.

Gossi, I am not comfortable approving this proposal for review with the information just linked to a Google Doc. While this is much easier, it does not guarantee that something couldn't be edited during or after the voting. Please revise the proposal and copy and paste the text. Then I will approve it for review.
