Can you link the cyclocross rules in the proposal so people can see where to find them?

The rules are linked now.

I noticed that the way these rules are phrased differs from most sections in the rulebook. In most places we've used present tense and must/should/may to indicate which parts are mandatory or just recommended. The cyclocross rules use future tense in some places, I'd suggest to change the wording when the new rules are added to the rulebook.

Thanks for linking the rules.

The text could certainly be edited when we edit the rulebook as long as the rules themselves are not being changed. Rocco, I would appreciate your help working on that when it's time.
