Semi finals and finals (Closed for comments)

Both the A and B brackets should be required to have semi finals and finals. Not sure if this is in the rules already but I know for the B bracket for basketball at the last unicon, they didn't have any semi finals or finals. Every team just played each other and that was it. If this was due to time but I would much prefer to play shorter games in order to have semi and finals. The games are much more exciting and intense when you know it's the finals and playing for a medal.

It brings me another related question about B tournament : is it organized to have medals and ranking or only to play basketball for people who are not used to ?
In last Unicon in Montreal, there were medals but it was not the case in Brixen.
For me, as long as the B tournament will be played with restricted/adapted rules, it could not pretend to have semi finals, finals ans medals.
It's the convention part of Unicon whereas the A tournament is the competition part. It should enrourage people to create a team and play more to prepare the next Unicon A tournament.
