8.4.4 Bully (Closed for comments)

Hello everyone,

I just read through the rules and realized one thing.

Under 8.4.4 Bully the last sentence it says "Within the goal area, the bully is always executed near one of the corner marks."

But in my experince the bully is always executed on one of the closesed corner marks and not near to one of the corner marks.
